The French version of this Universal Registration Document may be used for the purposes of a public offer of securities or the admission of securities to trading on a regulated market if it is supplemented with a securities note and, if required, a summary note, as well as all updates made to the Universal Registration Document. The changes made are as follows: • Addition of a clarification in the form of a footnote concerning the achievement rate of the 2017 performance share plan for which the performance condition has been determined chapter 5, section 2.4.2, page 218; • Correction of the achievement rate of the 2017 stock option plan for which the performance condition has been determined chapter 5, section 2.4.3, page 219 ; • Correction of Table 8 - "History of stock option grants (AMF nomenclature)" with regard to (i) items relating to the 2017 stock option plan, (ii) the number of shares exercised and options outstanding as of December 31, 2021, and (iii) footnotes to the table chapter 5, section 2.4.3, page 220.
