The amounts due in respect of the annual variable compensation for the 2021 fiscal year to the Executive Directors and shown in this table have been (2) calculated on a pro rata temporis basis from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021 for the annual variable compensation for 2021 due to the Chairman and Chief executive officer and to the Chief operating officer and from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 for the annual variable compensation for 2021 due to the Chief executive officer.
